Claire Louise Larder, MAPCPharm, BSc (Hons) Pharmacy, PgDip Advanced Clinical Practice, PgCert Community Pain Management. Member of the British Association for Psychopharmacology. GPhC registration number 2048497.
Claire holds a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacy, a PgDip in Advanced Clinical Practice and a PgCert in Community Pain Management. She is a member of the British Association for Psychopharmacology and an associate of the College of Mental Health Pharmacists. She is an Independent Pharmacist Prescriber and a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider.
Claire qualified as a pharmacist in 1998 and spent considerable time in community pharmacy before pursuing further education. After completing her postgraduate diploma, she worked within a GP practice conducting patient assessments before discovering her specialism in mental health.
At the age of 48, Claire received her own ADHD diagnosis — a pivotal moment that prompted her to pursue specialist training in adult and paediatric ADHD diagnosis and management. She is passionate about this work, drawing on personal lived experience of ADHD alongside her clinical expertise to provide comprehensive, understanding support.
