Personalised psychological therapy for you 

At Blume Psychology we offer psychotherapy for a wide range of emotional and mental health needs which are personalised to suit you.

We offer support for people experiencing depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, bipolar disorder, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, stress and self-esteem. We work using an integrative style, drawing on multiple treatment models including CBT, ACT, CFT, DBT, and Trauma Focused CBT.

All therapy starts with an initial consultation, which lasts 60-90 minutes. During this time we will meet and discuss your main concerns and agree on an approach most suited to you. 

Following the initial consultation, a plan of therapy may be agreed. Sessions generally last 50 minutes and often take place weekly. Sessions can be offered online or face-to-face.
